Robiola Cheese and Truffle Casabelli: The King of the Table, all the flavour of seasonal summer truffles and robiola cheese enclosed in a Casabello. These Casabelli, like all Pasta di Venezia products, are gluten- and lactose-free and can be enjoyed by those with intolerance and coeliac disease!

Ingredients:

Gluten-free mix for pasta 56%: corn starch, water, egg yolk 11%*, potato starch, rice flour, thickener: guar gum, extra-virgin olive oil, salt.

Filling 44%: lactose-free ricotta cheese (lactose-free milk whey, lactose-free milk, lactose-free cream, salt, acidity regulator: E270), lactose-free Robiola cheese 8%* (lactose-free milk, lactose-free cream, lactic starter, salt), Grana Padano PDO cheese (milk, salt, rennet, preservative: egg lysozyme), gluten-free semi-finished product (corn flour, sunflower oil, caramelized sugar), truffle 1,7%*, salt, black pepper, bamboo fibre.

Cooking time:

Cooking instructions 1: Bring the water to the boil, add the product and cook for 2-3 minutes; drain, add a sauce/dressing of your choice and serve.

Cooking instructions 2: Put the product into a pan with a sauce of your choice, cook for 5 minutes and serve.
