This recipe was developed by using our sugar-free Bread and Focaccia mix to obtain a unique product.

Our gluten-free and lactose-free pastry dough is made for both sweet and salty recipes, it is easily workable and can be cooked quickly, all while ensuring extraordinary taste.

Ingredients:

Basic mix (potato starch, rice flour, brown millet flour, maltitol, thickeners: guar gum, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; vegetable fibre), vegetable margarine (fat (vegetable fats: palm, coconut, palm kernel; vegetable oils: sunflower, soy, corn, rapeseed; in variable proportions), water, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids; salt, acidity regulator: citric acid; preservative: potassium sorbate; flavourings, colourings: carotenes); water, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin; salt, rice syrup (rice flour, water); thickener: E464; raising agent (disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate, corn starch); preservative: E202.

Cooking time:

Let the puff pastry rest for 30 minutes out of the fridge before rolling it out; then fill as desired and bake it in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30-35 minutes (static oven) or for 25-30 minutes (convection oven). 

Cooking times may vary depending on the type of oven and the filling used.
