Braised meat Quadrucci: Experience all the taste and flavour of braised meat, the special, tasty meat typical of northern Italy. Braised Meat Quadrucci are gluten free and lactose free, specially designed for those who cannot eat products with gluten or lactose, like our entire line of stuffed pasta!

Ingredients:

Gluten-free mix for pasta 55%: corn starch, water, egg yolk 11%*, potato starch, rice flour, thickener: guar gum, extra-virgin olive oil, salt.

Filling 45%: braised vegetables meat 42,7%* (beef meat 85%, carrot, onion, extra-virgin olive oil, sunflower oil, red wine, nutmeg, black pepper, salt), gluten-free semi-finished product (corn flour, sunflower oil, caramelized sugar), Grana Padano PDO cheese (milk, salt, rennet, preservative: egg lysozyme), salt, bamboo fibre.

Cooking time:

Cooking instructions 1: Bring the water to the boil, add the product and cook for 2-3 minutes; drain, add a sauce/dressing of your choice and serve.

Cooking instructions 2: Put the product into a pan with a sauce of your choice, cook for 5 minutes and serve.
