Cured Ham Cappelletti stabilised: here is our new line of stabilized fresh pasta! The fresh flavor of classic cured ham cappelletti comes with the convenience of a fresh pasta that can be stored out of the refrigerator
Ingredients:
Gluten-free mix for pasta 70%: corn starch, egg 15,1 %*, potato starch, rice flour, water, thickener: guar gum, salt.
Filling 30%: mortadella (pork, salt, preservative: E250, antioxidant: E301), cured ham 6,3%* (pork leg, salt), corn preparation (corn flour, sunflower oil), Parmigiano Reggiano cheese DOP 3.6% *(milk, rennet, salt), potato flakes, bamboo fibre, salt, yeast extract, natural flavouring, nutmeg

Cooking time:
Heat and DO NOT SALT the water, pour into pot, cooking time 8-9minutes, drain and season to taste.
