Egg Lasagne: a thin, firm pastry like the one our grandmothers used to make. They can be used for your pies or stuffed cannelloni, ready immediately in the baking tin for unique flavours and emotions.

Ingredients:

Gluten-free mix for pasta: corn starch, water, egg yolk 20%, potato starch, rice flour, thickener: guar gum, powder spinach 2%, extra-virgin olive oil, salt.

Cooking time:

Cooking instructions: Place the pasta sheets directly in a baking tray (without blanching), add a sauce/filling of your choice, and bake at 180°C for 15 minutes.
