Ingredients:
Gluten-free and lactose-free béchamel 50%: lactose-free semi-skimmed milk, lactose-free butter, rice flour, salt, nutmeg.
Tomato and meat sauce 35,5%: tomato pulp (tomato, tomato juice, acidity regulator: citric acid), meat sauce 13,5%* (pork, beef, onion, carrots, salt, sunflower oil).
Gluten-free mix for pasta 14,5%: corn starch, water, egg yolk 1,4%*, potato starch, rice flour, thickener: guar gum, extra-virgin olive oil, salt.
