Mushrooms, Speck and Provola cheese Lasagne: The most characteristic combination ever, that of mushrooms, speck and sweet provola cheese, finds its place in our special egg pasta sheets. Here are the special Pasta di Venezia lasagne, ready in minutes, as always gluten- and lactose-free, but full of flavour! For coeliacs and those with intolerance.

Ingredients:

 Gluten-free and lactose-free béchamel 50%: lactose-free low-fat milk, lactose-free butter, rice flour, salt, nutmeg. 

Mushrooms, speck and Provola cheese mix 34%: mixed mushrooms 13,7%* (Prataioli, porcini, shitake, nameko and pleurotus), speck 13,7%*, lactose-free Provola cheese 5,5%* (lactose-free milk, salt, rennet, lactic ferments). 

Gluten-free mix for pasta 14,5%: corn starch, water, egg yolk 2,9%*, potato starch, rice flour, thickener: guar gum, extra-virgin olive oil, salt.
