Pumpkin Ravioli: Do you prefer a great pumpkin filling with amaretti or mostarda? We have created this perfectly balanced stuffing to make organic pumpkins sweet enough to envy the traditional Mantuan recipe.

Ingredients:

 Filling 54%: pumpkin puree 50,2%*, Grana Padano PDO cheese (milk, salt, rennet, preservative: egg lysozyme), bamboo fibre. 

Gluten-free mix for pasta 46%: corn starch, water, egg yolk 9,2%*, potato starch, rice flour, thickener: guar gum, extra-virgin olive oil, salt.

Cooking time:

Cooking instructions 1: Bring the water to the boil, add the product and cook for 2-3 minutes; drain, add a sauce/dressing of your choice and serve.

Cooking instructions 2: Put the product into a pan with a sauce of your choice, cook for 5 minutes and serve.
