Radicchio and Brie Lasagne: Strong and delicate tastes flavours meet in this new Pasta di Venezia ready-made dish: lasagne ready in minutes, gluten- and lactose-free!

Ingredients:

Gluten-free and lactose-free béchamel 45%: lactose-free semi-skimmed milk, lactose-free butter, rice flour, salt, nutmeg. 

Radicchio and Brie cheese mix 35%: radicchio cream 23%* (red radicchio 65%, onions, sunflower seed oil, white wine, broth mix, acidity regulator: citric acid; spices, garlic), Brie cheese 11%* (milk, salt, lactic ferments, rennet). 

Gluten-free mix for pasta 20%: corn starch, water, egg yolk 4%*, potato starch, rice flour, thickener: guar gum, extra-virgin olive oil, salt.
