Ricotta and Spinach Cannelloni: a great classic made in a gluten- and lactose-free version, covered with a creamy béchamel sauce that gives a final touch to this dish that is ready in minutes in the oven or microwave!

Ingredients:

 Gluten-free and lactose-free béchamel 44%: lactose-free semi-skimmed milk, lactose-free butter, rice flour, salt, nutmeg. 

Ricotta Cheese and Spinach Filling 40%: lactose-free ricotta cheese 19,2%* (lactose-free milk whey, lactose-free milk, lactose-free cream, salt, acidity regulator: E270), spinach 16%*, Grana Padano PDO cheese (milk, salt, rennet, preservative: egg lysozyme), powdered onion, salt, nutmeg, black pepper. 

Gluten-free mix for pasta 16%: corn starch, water, egg yolk 3,2%*, potato starch, rice flour, thickener: guar gum, extra-virgin olive oil, salt.

Cooking time:

Microwave: Heat the sealed pan for 2 minutes at 600 watts. 

Oven: Remove the product from the package and place in a suitable baking dish, bring to 100 ° C and heat for 10 minutes.
