Ricotta Cheese and Salmon Casabelli: Discover our casabelli stuffed with selected scraps of fresh Scottish smoked salmon; a rich stuffing for your ideal seafood lunch or dinner. Casabelli, like all our stuffed pasta, are also perfect to be enjoyed by coeliacs and lactose intolerant people as they are gluten and lactose-free!

Ingredients:

 Gluten-free mix for pasta 56%: corn starch, water, egg yolk 11%*, potato starch, rice flour, thickener: guar gum, extra-virgin olive oil, salt. 

Filling 44%: lactose-free ricotta cheese 19%* (lactose-free milk whey, lactose-free milk, lactose-free cream, salt, acidity regulator: E270), smoked salmon 44%, lactose-free Robiola cheese (lactose-free milk, lactose-free cream, lactic starter, salt), gluten-free semi-finished product (corn flour, sunflower oil, caramelized sugar), marjoram 1%*, salt, chive 0,5%*, bamboo fibre.

Cooking time:

Cooking instructions 1: Bring the water to the boil, add the product and cook for 2-3 minutes; drain, add a sauce/dressing of your choice and serve.

Cooking instructions 2: Put the product into a pan with a sauce of your choice, cook for 5 minutes and serve.
