Ambient Ricotta and Spinach Tortelli: here is our new line of stabilized fresh pasta! The fresh flavor of classic ricotta and spinach tortelli comes with the convenience of a fresh pasta that can be stored out of the refrigerator

Ingredients:

 Gluten-free mix for pasta 75%: corn starch, egg 16,2 %*, potato starch, rice flour, water, thickener: guar gum, salt. 

Filling 25%: lactose-free ricotta cheese 13,2 %* (milk whey, milk), Parmigiano Reggiano DOP cheese 4,4%*(milk, salt, rennet), spinach 3,5 %*, bamboo fibre, potato starch, onion powder, nutmeg.

Cooking time:

Heat and salt the water, pour into pot, cooking time 8-9minutes, drain and season to taste.
