Sausage and Potatoes Ravioli stabilised: here is our new line of stabilized fresh pasta! The fresh flavor of classic sausage and potatoes ravioli comes with the convenience of a fresh pasta that can be stored out of the refrigerator

Ingredients:

Gluten-free mix for pasta 65%: corn starch, egg 14,4 %*, potato starch, rice flour, water, thickener: guar gum, salt 

Filling 35%: sausage 20,1 %* (pork 98 %, ariosto (sea salt, rosemary 1%, garlic, sage 1%, juniper, laurel, oregano, thyme, marjoram, basil and herbs), salt, black pepper), corn flour, potato flakes 2,9 %*, Parmigiano Reggiano DOP cheese 2,9 %* (milk, salt, rennet), bamboo fibre, natural flavouring, rosemary 0,1%.

Cooking time:

Heat and salt the water, pour into pot, cooking time 8-9minutes, drain and season to taste.
