The ambition of our enterprise is represented by our will of producing fresh, gluten-free and lactose-free high quality pasta, with a wide range of choices to satisfy everyone’s needs, onnivores and vegetarians: it is an ongoing reearch to develop new products.
Above all, we put the work environment and the implementation of production processes first directly linked to investment in research and development, both for the finished product and the singular components of it.
